Yemen Increases Its Official Fees, AGIP Maintains Its Professional Charges

SANA’A – The Intellectual Property Protection office at the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the Republic of Yemen issued a notice on February 3, 2009 stating that it has increased the official fees effective February 3, 2009 and the publishing fees in the Official Gazette effective January 8, 2009.

Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) has obtained a copy of the new list of official fees; in this respect, only IP official fees will be amended; however, AGIP will maintain its professional charges.
