Ukraine to Increase IP Official Fees

KIEV – The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine announced that significant increase in official fees for IP services would come into force in Ukraine.
The official fees will increase by 2-4 times comparing to current fees.
The increase applies to trademark, patent, utility model and industrial design filing, registration, renewal and recordals.
We kindly ask our clients to send us their filing instructions to take advantage of current lower official fees in Ukraine.
