New Practice for Renewal of TM Applications in Iraq

BAGHDAD – The Trademark Office of Iraq announced that it will start issuing renewal certificates for trademarks, even if the registration certificates were not issued.
This new practice will replace the previous system, provided that the publication took place and the publication fees were already paid.
