HONG KONG - Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) was granted a Certificate of Incorporation for its Hong Kong Office, on June 26, 2008.
As per the Certificate, AGIP has been incorporated in Hong Kong under the Companies Ordinance/Chapter 32, and accordingly registered with the Hong Kong Companies Registry as a limited company.
Commenting on this milestone achievement, AGIP Manager in China Ridab M. Abutaleb said, “This incorporation is considered a great development for AGIP, enabling us to offer a more comprehensive range of Intellectual Property services in China.”
“This expansion adds to our coverage in China, as the Hong Kong Office will supplement our existing offices in Shanghai and Beijing,” she added.
The Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies of Hong Kong Fanny Wing-chi Lam.
