Gaza Trademark Office Resumes Operations

GAZA - Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) would like to inform its clients that the Trademark Office in Gaza has resumed its activities and is fully operational with effect from September 13, 2007.
Consequently, AGIP has started the processing of all pending applications as of the aforementioned date.
Last month, filing of trademark applications, processing of pending applications, issuing certificates of trademark registrations and any other trademark-related activities have all ceased at the Office.
