GAZA - Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) would like to notify its clients that filing of trademark applications, processing of pending applications, issuing certificates of trademark registrations and any other trademark-related activities have all ceased at the Trademark Office in Gaza starting August 2007.
While this cessation will continue until further notice, AGIP is currently collaborating with the concerned authorities in Gaza, to ensure that the rights of trademark owners are well protected.
