ALGIERS - Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) would like to inform its clients that all operations have been resumed at the Algerian National Institute of Industrial Property with effect from July 18, 2007.
A cessation for almost two months in the Institute’s activities has occurred, due to the resignation of the Institute’s General Director and Head of the Trademark Section.
Trademark search, examination and publication were not applicable, as the Institute was only accepting filing of trademark applications during the aforementioned period.
