Argentina: Increase in IP Official Fees
22-Apr-2026 The Argentine Patent and Trademark Office has adopted Resolution No. 75/2026, which will raise core official fees by an average of approximately 100% for major industrial property procedures.
The revised fee schedule became effective on April 1, 2026 and will affect filing, prosecution, maintenance, renewal, and other related procedural actions across patents, trademarks, and other IP rights.
