Iraq: New Official Trademark Fees Rates

BAGHDAD - Iraqi Parliament has approved a legislative decision to increase official trademark fees and introduce new charges for trademark filings, registrations, and related administrative procedures handled by the Iraqi Trademark Office. The decision was published in the Official Gazette and will take effect in the near future.

The fee changes affect a wide range of trademark services, including filings, registrations, renewals, and related administrative procedures managed by the Iraqi Trademark Office.
