Gaza: New Power of Attorney Instead of the Old One 26-Oct-2010 GAZA- Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) would like to inform you that the Trademark Office in Gaza requires now to provide a Power of Attorney notarized and legalized up to the Palestinian representatives. Furthermore, the original Power of Attorney must be submitted within one month as from the filing date.
