An Update from Lebanon’s IP Office
BEIRUT– As Lebanon’s Ministry of Commerce has directed all its members and affiliate unions to begin a strike on February 1, 2023, Lebanon’s IP Office started the strike on the stated date.
Due to this strike, the IP Office suspended its operations and does not receive any trademark application, either directly or online, until further notice.
In this regard, we would like to inform you that AGIP team in Lebanon is working as usual on receiving communications, listing deadlines and preparing applications to guarantee immediate filing and response in due time.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and advise you immediately once the issue is cleared.
