This resolution aims to streamline the trademark registration process and enhance protection options for businesses. The resolution introduces a groundbreaking "One-Day Trademark Examination Service" that promises to complete trademark examination within a single business day, reducing processing times for applicants.

The new trademark examination service is set to revolutionize the way businesses secure their brands, with the associated fee for the expedited One-Day trademark examination at AED 2,250.
