Requirements

Trademark Applications

1. A Simply signed Power of Attorney.

2. The name and the address of the applicant.

3. The name and the position of the signatory.

4. Fifteen prints of the trademark.

5. A list of goods and services and the classes pertaining thereto.

6. Priority document, if priority is to be claimed.

In order to revalidate an existing registration in Kosovo, the following documentation is required:

1. Evidence (certificate/decision) issued by the Serbian Office, providing that the applicant is the holder of the particular IP right.

2. A Simply signed Power of Attorney in the name of the applicant.

Note: it would be certainly faster and more cost effective to receive the Certificate from your side.
