  3. The list of the specific goods/services and the classes pertaining thereto.

  4. Priority document, if priority is claimed.

  5. Name and address of the applicant.

Renewal Requirements

  1. Particulars of the applicant (i.e.: name, address, nationality...).

  2. Trademark particulars.
