Filing Requirements

1• Simply signed Power of Attorney.
2• Names and Address of the applicant(s).
3• A request for grant.
4• Two identical specimen of the design.
5• Formal drawings of the industrial design.
6• A certified copy of the priority document if priority is to be claimed and English translation.
7• Accompanying form justifying the applicant rights to the registration of the design (where applicable).
