Requirements
- A simply signed power of attorney for each application.
- A printing block and ten prints of the trademark (not needed for word marks).
- A statement as to whether the mark is in actual use or is intended to be used in Ghana.
- The list of the goods/services and the classes pertaining thereto.
- A priority document, if priority is to be claimed.
Renewal Requirements
- Simply signed Power of Attorney.
- Particulars of the owner.
- Trademark particulars.
