Renewal Industrial designs are valid for 10 years. The design can be extended for 5 years. Grace period for paying annuity is 6 months. Grace period for extension of the design is 6 months. Official fee plus additional fee of 50% of the official fee should be paid for granting a grace period of 6 months.
