3. A simply signed Power of Attorney.
4. Specification and claims with an abstract of the invention in Slovak.
5. Drawings, if any.
6. A deed of assignment, if the applicant is not the inventor.
7. The priority document, if any.
8. Assignment of priority rights, if any.
