Requirements for Filing Patent Applications
1. Full details of the applicant (name, address, nationality, occupation).
2. Specification (title of the invention, description, claims, abstract and drawing).
3. Thai translation of all documents (we can arrange for this).
4. A notarized Power of Attorney.
5. Certified priority documents (if applicable).
6. Statement of the applicant’s rights [form PI/001-A and PD/001-A] (if the applicant and inventor are the same person).
7. A signed Deed of Assignment (if the applicant and inventor are not the same person).
