- Title of the design.
- Whether protection is sought for the overall shape and/or configuration (3 dimensional features) or pattern and/or ornamentation (2 dimensional features) of the article to which the design is applied or part thereof.
- If certain features of the article are to be disregarded and do not form part of the design, please advise.
Convention: As for Non Convention, plus:
- A certified copy of the basic application.
- (If applicable) a verified English translation of the basic application.
