Requirements
- A simply signed power of attorney.
- A copy of the specification, claims and abstract of the invention in Czech.
- Drawings, if any.
- A priority document along with its translation into the English, French or German language.
- An assignment declaration simply signed by the inventor if the applicant is different from the inventor.
- An assignment of priority rights, if any.
- Name and address of the applicant.
- Name and address of the inventor.
- A document showing the right to the patent, if the applicant is not the inventor. It can be filed after the filing date.
