Requirements

  1. Applicant’s name and address.
  2. Creator’s name and address.
  3. Power of attorney signed by the applicant (no legalization or certification is necessary). 
  4. Description, claims and drawings.
  5. If the applicant is not the creator, a deed of assignment signed by the creator must be filed.
  6. Priority must be claimed upon filing (if any), indicating date and country of the application based on which right of priority is being claimed.
