The procedure of examination after filing includes: Publication in official gazette for purpose of opposition of third parties; Opposition, statutory term for this is 30 days after publication date. Examination includes form and registrability as well as to prior references. Once oppositions and any official actions are overcome the Trademark Office will grant the Registration for 10 years. The overall time of examination procedure must be estimated between 18-24 months.
