Requirements for Trademark/Brand Registration
1. Name, address and nationality of the applicant.
2. A sample of word mark/logo or 10 self-adhesive mark prints of 8x8 cm or 7,5x7,5 cm.
3. Description of goods/services as per Nice Classification.
4. A Power of Attorney signed by the applicant (not legalized).
5. A legalized copy of the certificate of priority claim.
Requirements for the Renewal of a Trade/Service Mark
1. A copy of the certificate of registration.
2. A copy of the certificate of renewal, if any.
3. A Power of Attorney signed and stamped by the applicant (not legalized).
Requirements for the Transfer or Assignment of a Brand/Mark
1. Name, address and nationality of the new owner.
2. Registration certificate (details) of the mark assigned or transferred.
3. Notarised Deed of assignment or transfer of the mark.
4. A Power of Attorney signed and stamped by the new owner (not legalized).
Note: you have three months to send us the authentic certificate of priority document and the Power of Attorney.
