Requirements
Requirement for Filing Trademark Applications in Philippines:
1. A simply signed trademark application form
2. Full name and address of the applicant(s)
3. The goods or services for which registration is sought
4. One print of the mark.
5. A certified copy of the home registration and its simple English translation, if any. Otherwise, the application may be filed based on use or intent to use in the Philippines.
Note: A notarized declaration of actual use with evidence to that effect should be filed within 3 years from the date of filing. Another declaration of use should be filed within one year after the fifth anniversary of registration of the trademark. If no declaration with evidence are submitted, the mark will be subjected to cancelation.
