Requirements
Patent Applications
1. Full name and address of the applicant/inventor(s).
2. Simply signed Power of Attorney.
2. Detailed description of the invention with claims.
3. Drawings (if any).
4. Abstract of disclosure.
5. Priority date, country and number of the first application, if convention priority is claimed (certified copy of the first application may be supplied within two months after the filing date).
6. International publication, international search report, international preliminary examination report for entry of PCT application into national phase.
In order to revalidate an existing registration in Kosovo, the following documentation is required:
1. Evidence (certificate/decision) issued by the Serbian Office, providing that the applicant is the holder of the particular IP right.
2. A Simply signed Power of Attorney in the name of the applicant.
Note: it would be certainly faster and more cost effective to receive the Certificate from your side.
