Requirements
1. A simply signed Power of Attorney.
2. List of goods and classes pertaining thereto.
3. Ten prints of the trademark (if in black and white); or ten color prints plus four black and white (if the mark is in color).
Renewal Requirements
1. Registered number of the trademark.
2. Name of the holder.
Assignment Requirements
1. Notarized copies of the Deed of Assignment which must be signed by both parties.
2. Power of Attorneys simply signed the both sides.
