1. Specification, description, claims, drawing and abstract in French or English.
2. A certified copy of the priority document in French or English.
3. Names/addresses/nationality of the applicant.
4. A Power of Attorney.
Requirements for Filing PCT Application in OAPI
1. A copy of the PCT international application/advertisement.
2. A copy of the international preliminary examination report.
3. A copy of the international search report.
4. A certified copy of the priority document.
Note: you have three months to send us the authentic certificate of priority document and the Power of Attorney.
