Requirements for Filing Design Applications
1. Special form of Power of Attorney in duplicate; no legalization.
2. Two copies of the model or drawings or representation of the design, signed by the applicant or his agent.
3. The international classification (including subclasses) is to be indicated.
4. Statement of novelty in French.
5. Certified priority document (if applicable) with French translation.
