Requirements for Filing Industrial Design Applications
1. Full name, address, and nationality of the applicant.
2. Name of the model.
3. A Power of Attorney, signed by the applicant, legalized in the Bolivian Consulate.
4. Definition of the object or objects into which the design or model will be embodied.
5. There copies of specification, claims and abstract (preferably not exceeding 200 words).
6. Graphical or photographical representation of the design or model (4x4cm).
7. Copy of filing in the country of origin and copy of the Registration Certificate notarized.
8. Abstract of the model.
9. Copy of the analysis report of the country of origin.
