Libya: Suspension of Trademark Registrations
20-Jan-2025 TRIPOLI – Libya has issued Ministerial Decision No. 2 of 2025, which revokes all trademark applications filed between April 2nd and September 2nd, 2024 due to the fact that the operations of the Trademarks Office were suspended during that period.
This decision came into effect on January 15, 2025, the date of its issuance.
