New VAT Rate on AGIP Services in Tunisia
15-Nov-2022 TUNIS – Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) will implement the standard VAT rate on certain services provided in Tunisia.
Starting January 1, 2023, our VAT rate applied on prosecution services will be 13%, and a VAT rate of 19% will be applied on the legal services. The new rate will be applied on the professional fees, as the official fees are already included.
