Syria: Increase in Official Trademark Fees

DAMASCUS - The Syrian Minister of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection has issued the Ministerial Decision No. 2765 dated October 14, 2020, which stipulates that the trademark publication, search and other administrative fees have increased in Syria.

The increase in fees includes publication fees of recordal steps such as assignment, changes…etc, and will cover new applications as well as those filed applications which are under processing, but their publications fees have not been paid yet.

Our Office in AGIP will amend the schedule of charges accordingly.
