1. A notarized power of attorney, legalized up to the concerned Palestinian Representative, in the name of the Assignee.
2. A notarized deed of assignment that is legalized up to the concerned Palestinian Representative.
3. Trademark details.

Required documents for Change of Name/Address

1. A notarized power of attorney, legalized up to the concerned Palestinian Representative.
2. A notarized and legalized certificate of the change of name/address issued by home Registry.
