Requirements for Filing Trademark Applications

1. Full details of the applicant i.e. full name, legal status and physical/business address.

2.  Full description of the goods and/or services.

3. Details of the mark i.e. a word mark or in device/logo form. If the latter, 5 copies per application per class measuring 8.5 cm wide and 10 cm long. Alternatively in electronic format. 

4. A Power of Attorney.
