1. Summary, description, claims and drawings (to be sent through E-mail, fax or courier).

2. Certified copy of priority and its Spanish translation. It must be submitted within three months of request.

3. Power of Attorney signed by the applicant.

4. Certificate of Cession signed by the inventors on behalf of the applicant.

5. A Spanish translation of all documents must be attached, duly verified and signed by the translator, in accordance with appropriate form.

6. Certificate of Cession of priority right, when priority applicant is other than international stage applicant.

All application documents submitted here must correspond with those submitted for the international application.
