Filing Requirements:
At the time of filing:
•Specification text in any available language & filing particulars.
Within the 1st extension (60 days) which will be requested at the time of filing:
•Original Power of Attorney duly notarized and legalized up to the Jordanian Consulate.
•Original Affidavit signed by inventors and applicants duly notarized and legalized up to the Jordanian Consulate.
•Certified copy of the Company Commercial Register.
•Copy of a Certified Priority document.
•English/Arabic translation of the above documents.
