MUSCAT - Omani Minister of Commerce and Industry, Maqbool Bin Ali Bin Sultan, issued Ministerial decision No. 73/2005 on September 10, stipulating the issuance of the Implementing Regulations for the Patent Law promulgated by the Sultanic Decree No. 82/2000.
The Implementing Regulations were published in the Official Gazette No. 799 and entered into force as of the same date.
