MANAMA – The Ministry of Industry and Commerce in Bahrain issued the decision No. 65 of 2016 related to the GCC implementing regulations for trademarks law.
According to the decision, the trademarks official fees were increased dramatically (Around 500%), as of May 26, 2016.
In light of this increase, AGIP will amend its schedules of charges and post the newly modified fees at its website.
