Cyprus No Longer Requires POA for E-Filing of Trademark Applications

CYPRUS - The Department of Registrar of Companies and Official Receiver in Cyprus announced that Powers of Attorney will no longer be required for trademark applications which are filed and renewed electronically.
The Registrar announced also that it will give priority to the applications that will be filed and renewed electronically.
In this regard, we would like to confirm that our charges for trademark filing will remain unchanged.
