AGIP Participated in INTA Trademark & IP Related Rights Conference in Munich

MUNICH - Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) represented by its CEO and Managing Partner, Mr. Luay T. Abu-Ghazaleh, its International Executive Director, Mr. Charles Shaban, and its National Marketing Executive Director, Mr. Motasem Abu-Ghazaleh, took part in the International Trademark Association (INTA) conference held under the theme “When Trademarks Overlap with Other IP Rights Print page”, on December 8, 2014 in Munich.
The conference, which gathered more than 340 participants from all around the world, shed light on the overlap between trademarks and other Intellectual Property rights, whether in registration or commercialization.
Moreover, the conference raised fundamental questions about the nature of trademark law and its relationship with the other fields of Intellectual Property protection, and how policy should address these overlaps.
