Qatari Trademark Office Relocated

DOHA - Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) advises its clients that the Qatari Trademark Office has moved to a new location as of November 1, 2014.
Consequently, the office activities is now suspended and all transactions, including filing of new applications and payment of official fees for all services such as renewal, assignment recordal of change of name and address has been ceased as of the aforementioned date. However, it is expected that the Trademark will resume its work on November 9, 2014.
Meanwhile, clients are kindly requested to continue sending their instructions regarding filing new trademark applications to us in order to file them directly once the Trademark Office is re-opened.
Any further developments in this respect will be reported in due course.
