Increase in Publication Fees in Yemen

SANA’A - The Yemeni Ministry of Industry and Trade issued the Ministerial Decision No. 105 of the year 2014 regarding the increase in fees for publication in the Official Trademark Gazette (AL-TIJARAH).
Such increase will be applied to all IP issues (trademarks, patents, industrial designs and drawings, etc…) as of August 7, 2014, as follows:
- Charges for publication of trademarks will be increased by 48.51%
- Charges for publication of industrial designs and drawings will be increased by 30%
- Charges for publication of patents will be increased by 30%
