UAE: No Amendments on TM Applications before Registration

ABU DHABI – The Trademark Office in the United Arab Emirates announced that it will no longer accept any requests related to amendments of pending applications, except the minor typographical mistakes, with effect from February 2014.
In this regards, the Trademark Office confirmed that any request to amend any particulars of the trademark application will not be accepted until the application mature into registration.
