Yemen Publishes Appeal Decisions

SANA'A – The Ministry of Trade and Industry in Yemen has issued the Ministerial Decision No. 72 of 2013 related to the publication of appeal decisions.
According to the Ministerial Decision, the appeal decisions and Appeal Committee recommendations will be published at the Official Trademark Gazette "Al-Tijarah" issued by the Yemini Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Moreover, the decision stipulates that each appeal is subjected to fee of publication.
The ministerial decision has been applied upon its issuance on June 10, 2013.
