Publication Fees of Trademark Oppositions Apply Starting December 2019 in Yemen

SANA’A – Abu-Ghazaleh Intellectual Property (AGIP) would like to inform its clients that the Ministry of Industry & Trade decided that an amount of YR100,000 should be paid for the publication of trademark oppositions in Yemen.
The decision has already been applied to new oppositions starting of December 2019.
Up to now, no official ministerial decision has been issued; however, the Ministry’s decision applies and remains in force.
