Sudan Accepts Electronic POA

KHARTOUM – The Registrar General of Intellectual Property in Sudan announced that he has started officially accepting the electronic Power of Attorney (POA) for trademark registration in Sudan.
The new practice allows to submit an electronic POA which contains means for verification without notarization or legalization.
