Indonesia Implements New Online Filing System

JAKARTA - The Directorate General of Intellectual Property in Indonesia announced the launch of new online filing system for registration of new trademark, patent and industrial design applications.
As the new system is currently available for new applications only, the old system is still available to be used for other transactions; namely renewal, change of name or address, assignment, and other works.
It is noteworthy to mention that AGIP provides an extensive range of IP services in Indonesia, covering trademarks, patents, copyrights, designs and domain names.
