Increase in Publication fees for IP Matters in Yemen

SANA’A – Pursuant to the Ministerial Decision No. 47 of 2019 issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Yemen, the publication fees for all IP matters (trademarks, patents and industrial designs) will be increased in Yemen. The increase will be effective as of August 8, 2019.
Such an increase will be applied on publication fees of trademark, patent and industrial design applications, renewals as well as the recordals thereof, including pending applications and all new applications.
