ABUJA - Nigeria Trademark Office is currently undergoing renovation. During this renovation, which started in December 2018 to date, some delays might arise in filing trademark applications and receiving acknowledgement/ filing numbers of trademarks already filed.
In this regard, you may still send us your filing instructions and inquiries to AGIP Nigeria Office at: nigeria@agip.com; all your instructions and deadlines will be listed and inserted into our follow-up system.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and advise our clients immediately once we are informed of any update.
